Job description

We are currently recruiting Care Workers to work with us at My Homecare Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have experience in homecare also hold a valid UK license with access daily to a car. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our clients as well as undergo professional training, as we provide ongoing training for all of our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver good quality care to our service users at home.
• Be friendly, polite, and courteous to clients and their families.
• Help clients with personal hygiene and assist with all other care needs.
• Be a team player and work well with others.
• Work Pattern 4 days week 1 3 days week 2
• Every second weekend off
• Mileage paid 35p to 70p per mile
• Supervisions held every month on probation then every 3 month after this
• Regular team meetings and support for Mangers
• Development and progression potential
• No call cramming on rotas!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• East Kilbride: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
