If you have some experience in community or home care work and are now looking for some supervision and management experience, then the Field Quality Care Leader role could be what you are looking for. Our Field Quality Care Leader are responsible for a group of our clients and Care Workers within the local community.
Your role in brief:
Our Field Quality Care Leader will be responsible for supervising and managing the Care and Support Workers and ensuring that they are always adhering to Caremark's high standards. Working closely with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator to plan the service effectively, the role also includes holding regular team meetings and one-to-one meetings with Care Workers to discuss their progress and training.
By maintaining close relationships with both the client and the Care Worker, the Field Quality Care Leader role is fundamental to the Organisation of a high quality service.

We require someone who is flexible and full-time (40hrs per week).

We provide care to our clients in the comfort of their own home enabling them to stay independent for as long as possible.
Typical responsibilities
- To carry out Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential clients.
- To conduct risk assessments as part of the Individual Needs Assessment and update these as required as part of the individual’s risk management..
- To ensure all client visits are always covered by finding cover.
- To be on-call in case of emergency.
- To ensure all clients information is current and carry out reviews for clients and the care they receive.
- To carry out spot checks and supervisions for all care staff
- Follow up on any queries relating to client or care staff
- Requirement to work every other weekend for spot checks and reviews
- Field Quality Care Leader will not carry out personal care. They will be solely responsible for quality assurance and support in the field.
We are only interested in the most reliable Field Quality Care Leader. Both Caremark and our clients must be able to depend on you at all times! In all cases we will require references and you will need to take an enhanced DBS check.
