Ultimate Insulation Supplies is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our growing team!
We have an exciting new vacancy for a full-time, permanent Warehouse and Ecommerce Assistant. Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role would be highly beneficial but is not essential - all training will be provided in house. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good time management skills and confident IT knowledge. The successful applicant must be very keen to learn and assist their colleagues in a busy warehouse environment.
General role and responsibilities:
· Picking, packing and distribution of online orders
· Arranging courier collections via online portal and telephone/email
· Greet and serve collection customers at our Trade Counter
· Assisting colleagues with daily loading of vehicles for deliveries
· Assisting colleagues with unloading of goods received into stock from suppliers
· Keeping stock in good, tidy order and maintaining the layout of stock in the warehouse
· Keeping the warehouse and yard clean and tidy
· Building an excellent knowledge of our brands and products
· Reporting any damaged stock, incorrect or missing items
· Ensure all work is carried out within appropriate Health and Safety guidelines to
Essential skills:
· Polite and friendly manner – you will be the first point of contact for Trade Counter customers!
· Physically fit, able to deal with lifting and packaging
· Good IT skills
· Enthusiastic attitude towards the role and learning new skills
· Ability to work well as part of a team
· Responsible and capable of completing tasks using own initiative when needed
· Good attention to detail and good timekeeping
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
