Job description
Key Responsibilities
Accepting and responding to referrals from CCG, Local authorities, NHS and Private Healthcare sectors.
Ensuring that the staff deliver high-quality and personalised care to patients/clients
Recruiting, training and supervising staff and communicating the needs of patients to the management and ensuring health and safety compliance
Liaising with local community organisations and maintaining good relationships with family.
Ensuring that all activities such as personal care and medication administration meet the required standards and Preparing reports related to the progress of service users
Planning and utilising resources and staying updated with the clinical knowledge to ensure that service users receive the best care
Staff daily activities and supervising care staff.
Assisting with staff recruitments within the scope of company policy and procedures, which includes international applicants.
Accepting referrals, by completing an initial assessment, risk assessment. Completing care and support plans, ensuring adequate levels of staffing to meet clients needs.
Sourcing and registering clients for specialised services, day centres, activity centres.
Meeting agreed targets in accordance with the aims and objectives of the company
Arranging trainings and update courses for staff
Allocation of staff to support service users with all aspects of their daily life and routine from personal care to light cleaning and meal preparation
Ensuring clients care plans are followed
Completing of essential paperwork

Sound record of reliability and responsibility
A good listener and a good communicator with empathy, patience and understanding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- at all levels.
Sound experience working pro-actively within multi-disciplinary team
Ability to use own initiative

Salary: £16,236.00-£20,323.00 per year
