Job description
Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With a minimum visit of one hour (this ensures you have good time to carry out care as it should be and to build a relationship with your client), award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We refer to you as "Care Professionals". This is because our care assistants are doing an amazing job and we see you as professionals after being trained by us.
We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enable us to provide personalised support.
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life of our clients in London Borough of Redbridge. Every one of our clients is unique and special, the joy and comfort our clients receive from one of our Care Professionals visiting them makes this an incredibly rewarding job.
As our clients live in their own homes, they need care visits that work around their lifestyle, we do not offer 24/7 care and generally calls are carried out between 7.30am and 10pm, as such can offer our Care Professionals a wide range of shifts to meet their needs too!
You do not need any care qualifications or formal experience to become a Care Professional as we will provide you with our award-winning training. We have Care Professionals working for us who have been stay at home mums, semi-retired school teachers and or retired but would like part time work. The only thing you need to apply is a warm and compassionate nature, a people-orientated personality, a willingness to learn and live local in London Borough of Redbridge with spare time in the morning weekdays and/or weekends (minimum of an hour).

All you need is a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
