Civica works in partnership with Canterbury, Dover and Thanet
Councils locally to provide Customer Service, giving advice and
support to local residents and visitors on a variety of services.

Due to expansion of the service and internal promotions, we are
currently looking for people with strong communication skills and a
commitment to providing a high standard of customer service to
join our friendly team. The role is predominantly telephone based,
however there is the potential for dealing with people face to face
and via email and social media later on. Previous knowledge of
council services is not necessary as full training is given however
previous experience of working in a busy Customer Service
environment is essential.
We are looking for people who can work from one of our local
offices if required (by prior arrangement), however we offer
flexible arrangements for working either in an office, from home or
a combination of both for the right candidate.
A standard DBS check is a requirement for this role.
