Are you based in the UK and looking to gain sponsorship as a Care Assistant with a great care provider?

To be considered for this role YOU MUST:

  • be based in the UK and already on a Tier 2 Sponsorship looking to transfer to another Tier-2 provider;
  • have a Full driving licence;
  • have access to your vehicle; and
  • live within commuting distance of Redditch, Wythall, Alcester or Bromsgrove or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.

If you can meet the criteria above then it doesn’t matter if you haven’t had any formal training as we will provide you with full training, shadowing and mentoring...in fact, we will be here to support you every step of the way.

Caremark Redditch and Bromsgrove is a domiciliary company providing care in the home. Our approach to personal care is based on understanding the clients personal needs, preferences and values, so that we can provide support that retains as much independence as possible.

You will be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.

In addition to a fixed annual salary, we will provide the following benefits:

Our employees work to one of the following shift patterns and the days you work can be flexible around your availability:

  • Earlies: 7AM to 2PM
  • School Run: 9AM to 2:30PM
  • Teas to Beds: 4PM to 10PM
  • Beds: 6PM to 10PM

No experience required as we provide full training so APPLY TODAY.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00-£13.50 per hour

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends only

Shift:

  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
