Care Assistant / Support Worker (Days)
L&M Healthcare provide expert care in a luxurious home from home environment. We specialise in the kind of personalised General Nursing & dementia care that develops, sustains and where possible, improves mental and motor skills.
We are looking for passionate Care Assistants , working days at our Service Cherry Tree House in Stockport supporting the management team in the home to drive the care forwards.
As a Care Assistant you will play a crucial role in caring for the people we support and will make a positive impact every single day.
The Hours can be 44hrs per week, 33hrs & 22hrs per week

*What we are looking for:*
- A positive caring professional with experience in caring for residents with dementia.
- A keen eye and exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines calmly in the time assigned.
- Ability to develop relationships with residents and carers, and where appropriate, friends and family.
- Someone who is motivated and takes pride in their work
