About the role
Pay Details: Grade 3, SCP 4 , £21,189 p.a. pro rata, £10.98 /hr + enhancements paid for weekends, bank holidays & unsociable hours worked Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 20 Hours Main Place of Work: Southway, Cowbridge Description: To provide personal, physical & emotional care in a residential setting for older people and older people who live with a dementia. Work in accordance to agreed policy and process and contribute to care planning, review, accurate recording of information & administration of medication.
About you
You will need: • Experience of providing person centred personal care, support with acts of daily living and emotional support to vulnerable adults • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing • Willingness to participate in training and work toward a professional vocational qualification
