Overview:
This role acts as overall Management of the global team of Professional Services Technical Project Managers across EMEA, US & APAC which will initially include a personnel who will jointly work on Implementation & Integrations.
Defining and managing the standards for Technical Project Management across all the contracted onboarding work undertaken by the Integration & Implementation function.
You will work with the relevant teams across Osttra to ensure you have a detailed understanding of the commercial and strategic direction of the programs whilst responsible for the day to day management of the Implementation team.
[Please note – for those team members who are also involved in the Integration workstream the technical standards, methodologies and deployment processes will be managed by the Director of Integrations]

Management Responsibilities:
Management of the global team of Professional Service Technical Project Managers across EMEA, US & APAC.
Liaising with Solution Design and Project Management to ensure pipeline is understood and resourced appropriately for implementation activities.
Liaising with Director of Integration & Integration Development Manager to ensure pipeline is understood and resourced appropriately for integration activities.
Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
Manage, Forecast and monitor resource capability and utilisation, staffing appropriately for all customer engagements.
Ensure timely and efficient implementations that meet our agreed client requirements, accelerate time to go live and measure productivity improvements.
Continuously improve and enhance the implementation methodologies to drive efficiency and consistency.
Ensuring the team keep Project Management system Monday.com consistent with the status of any project, risks & issues.
Act as escalation point for any projects that deviate from agreed timelines and ensuring application of further escalation process.
Responsible for the creation & maintenance of Technical Project Management support documentation.
Recruit and develop a high-performing Professional Services Implementation team, developing career paths for team members that allows for growth and development within the Professional Services and Osttra.
MIS tracking and production – Implementation results .

Technical Project Management - Key focus – Ensuring the solution is set up, tested and moved to production whilst supporting and guiding the client through this final stage of the project .

Team Responsibilities - Implementation,
Connectivity​
Liaise with the Connectivity team to set up UAT & Production connectivity's.
System Configuration: Post completion of the integration set up the TPM prepares the relevant product/s to receive in and send out the messaging to/from the client and their counterparties:
Set up of product side connectivity and outbound messaging options within the UAT & Production environment
System configuration of all chosen optionality
Gathering and set up of all required static data for UAT & Production
Provide regular and clear communication to the Project Manager during each stage of the Implementation process
Client UAT planning and support
Creating UAT test plans and scripts to be completed by the client
Supporting the client through UAT, unilaterally identifying issues and investigating those raised by the client
Working with the Integration team for any changes required to the transformation identified during UAT

Go live preparation & Support:
Agree client readiness for migration to production
Complete Production set up as per above “System Configuration” tasks.
Liaising with counterparties to ensure go-live readiness
Day one check in/check out with client
Production support for initial period
Support handover – Including all relevant documentation of integration & Set up
Product Enhancements: Either through their own volition or working with clients document any product enhancements requirements to be relayed to the Product Owner in the Business Development team.
PRF Participation: Represent PS on the Product Requirement Forums to ensure that PS’s strategic product changes are captured and prioritized accordingly.
Product UAT: As the technical experts on the products any releases to UAT will be performed by the Technical Project Managers to include:
Working with Technology to understand the specific details on the product release
Devise test plan and required scripts to perform and sign off UAT
Review the planned changes in conjunction with the Integration team to ascertain if there will be any affect on in/outbound messaging
Level Three Support : PS act as Level three support, handling escalations from client service (L1 & L2) – investigation and remediation of escalated issues.

Integration Manager – Key focus – Work to ensure Connectivity and relevant integration are built and in place for UAT and then production according to project schedule.
Team Responsibilities – Integration

Integration Design and Setup
Once assigned via the project manager and in receipt of the detailed scope & Integration Specification documents from the consultant, the integration manager will begin the technical integration design.
Undertake the technical design and coordinate the development of any transformer work. This includes custom or generic transformations and definition of required routing within IC-SA or another standalone IC environment
Ensure the integration setup is performed within the guidelines in place for integration setup, including any relevant 4-eye checks.
Use knowledge, experience, the guidelines and best judgement to produce an implementation which is appropriate to the requirement and supportable in the long term. Ensure that the setup complies with the guidelines set out for integration standards.
Provide documentation to the Project & Technical Managers for relevant to the integration setup.
Provide regular and clear communication to the Project Manager during each stage of the Integration & Connectivity process
UAT Integration Deployment
Deliver the UAT setup within the confines of IC standalone and any adapters, within the duration agreed with the project manager
Evidence that the flow is working as expected with a round of unit testing using sample messages.
Produce detailed documentation outlining the technical design in order that it is understood by the SDM & TPM.
Act as the first point of escalation for issues found during UAT.
Walk the implementation team through the technical design and setup in partnership with the project manager
Manage UAT issues as raised by the implementation team and coordinate resolutions with the development team as appropriate.
Work with the project manager to ensure the UAT phase is delivered on time.
Production Integration Deployment
Once UAT is signed off ensure the UAT integration setup is deployed to production in accordance with the guidelines, including 4-eye checks
Work with the SDM & TPM to provide documentation on any new setups or changes made.
Ensure integration production deployment happens in a controlled way, ensuring risks are mitigated and controlled.

Job Requirements

5+ years prior experience in SAAS environment with well-developed, hands-on skills.
