About The Role
Rochester Care Home has 56 beds, a CQC rating of "Good" and is set close to the amenities of Rochester and Chatham. We’re also well-placed for public transport, with Chatham train station not far away, for trains into London and across to Maidstone.
We believe in excellent personalised care, and as a Care Assistant you’ll be providing our residents with support and companionship – really getting to know them as individuals.
Your role will involve personal care duties such as bathing and dressing, updating their care plans, and helping them to remain as independent as possible. You’ll also take part in a variety of creative activities – a favourite for our residents!
