We pay £840 per week + a paid food allowance, we also offer a paid residential training course taking place at Head Office in Kendal week commencing 25th September. Also a free DBS & ISA Adult 1st check and you get free accommodation & food allowance whilst working.

Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
- Assisting with meal preparation, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Performing light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
- Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients, promoting emotional well-being.
- Accompanying clients to appointments, social outings, and assisting with transportation needs.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervisor.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
- Promoting and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
- Adhering to all care plans and following established protocols and procedures.
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering trust and open communication.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in a live-in care setting.
- Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients of diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to various situations.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, and pull as necessary.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
