We are looking for a Team Leader to join our fast paced production environment in Assembly on the Blue shift. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who prides themselves on developing talent and giving people the ability to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Managing a team in fast paced manufacturing environment
- Day to day management of your team, driving team performance, efficiencies and KPI’s
- Supporting Area Manager
- Training of new staff and existing team members
- Ensuring all health and safety protocols are understood and followed
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve output targets and KPI's
- Quality minded with a high degree of accuracy / attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- Experience of working in a food manufacturing / production / fast paced environment
- Previous Team Leader/ Line Leader / Supervisory / Stand-In Roles experience is desirable
- Capable of working on own initiative with the ability and confidence to make decisions
