Job description
Ty Haford Care Home in Cardiff are currently seeking a Care Assistant to join our team on a full or part time basis.
Tŷ Hafod Care Home is in rural surroundings in the farmlands of Capel Llanilltern near Cardiff, easily accessible by public transport and a short drive from junction 34 on the M4 Motorway.
Our purpose-built home has 27 resident rooms, offering both residential care for those who require personal care assistance, and nursing care for those with complex medical needs. We can also provide specialist support for residents who suffer with physical or neurological conditions, helping to re-establish their wellbeing and independence and prepare for a move to supported living or a return home.
The ideal candidate will play an essential part in supporting the well-being and quality of life of each individual in your care, you will be responsible to promote as much independence for our residents as possible and treat all residents with understanding and dignity.
