Your new role as a Day or Night Care Assistant at Fieldbay is calling you!

Public transport runs at limited times. Our Shifts start at 08.30am and end at 08.30pm 0r 08.30pm – 08.30am you will need to ensure that the transport you are using operates for these shift times.
We offer £11.00 - £11.50 per hour.
** This includes a premium payment. £1 per hour premium payment for a weekday shift and £1.50 per hour premium payment for weekend or night shift**.

What’s involved as a Care Assistant
You’ll care for people with lots of different complex needs, such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.
We take time to get to know people irrespective of ability or disability, we aim to empower individuals to be as involved as they can be in control of their life.
There is of course practical support too and helping people to reach their goals in smaller ways. You’ll provide personal care, maintain health needs, hygiene as well as keep things tidy and safe.
