Job description
Lieberman, Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Bookkeeper to join us in our Great Neck offices.
This is a hybrid role: Monday - Thursday on-site and Fridays remote.
The incumbent will work hand-in-hand with our Bookkeeper and CFO. Candidates will have 0 - 1 year of AP experience - we are willing to train an ambitious and hard-working individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process 50-100 invoices weekly
- Correspond with vendors
- Manage and track weekly employee timesheets
- Assist with AP reconciliations
- Assist with phones
- Assist with office and HR duties
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Competency in following standards and practices
