£11.18 - £11.39 hourly rate

We are looking for a Care Support Worker to be based in one of our Community Resource Centre (CRC) at Cleve Court Resource Centre on a full or part time basis on permanent contract.
Cleeve Court is a purpose built 30 bedded residential care home. We support older adults living with varying degrees of frailty and a diagnosis of Dementia in a homely environment. Cleeve Court is situated in Twerton, Bath and is based over 2 floors.
Within the CRC Support role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team of carers and support teams.
We have both full and part time roles which involves a rota system which includes early (starting at 7.30am) and late shifts (ending at 10.15pm) and working every other weekend with some bank holidays for which enhancements are paid.
What is a Community Resource Centre (CRC)?
Bath and North East Somerset have three care homes which are Community Resource Centres located in Keynsham, Bath and Midsomer Norton. Each Community Resource Centre includes a residential care home for between 30 and 45 people, and these homes provide important services to older people in our community. We provide care and health services in a comfortable, safe environment for older vulnerable adults with a variety of disabilities, including dementia.
Our Care Support workers at these centres work hard to offer residents the opportunity to retain as much independence as possible and to enjoy their live
As an CRC Care Support Worker:
- You will be a good team player and have great communication skills
- You will be able to develop appropriate and professional relationships with our residents and carers, which value them as individuals, including establishing and maintaining effective communication
- You will be able to promote and maintain person-centred service and operate safely appropriate equipment with training.

About you
Previous comprehensive experience of working in care would be desirable, but a commitment to deliver quality care is essential.
