About the Role

Working alongside our Branches in Chippenham we are looking for Care Assistant in this fantastic new role. No day is the same and a typical day in the life of a Care Assistant will provide essential support to clients in their own home with personal care and the next day you might be helping recently discharged patients from Hospitals in the comfort of their own homes. Help and support will vary depending on the needs of the client.

Some of the duties you will carry out, personal care, medication management, light domestic duties, meal prep, shopping & companionship

About You

We are looking for Reablement Care Worker to join our team and help us make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people, providing support to live independently in their own homes around your local area and community.

You don’t need to have previous experience or qualifications in care, what’s important is you are passionate and motivated and you want to help in your community. If you want Job Satisfaction and a job where every day is different, our Reablement Care Worker role could be the perfect opportunity for you. You would also need to have a Full UK driving licence.

We can offer you fully-funded training and career development opportunities for all regardless of experience in social care (training programmes up to and including Level 5).
