We currently have care assistant vacancies in all areas including; Steyning/Bramber, Shoreham/Southwick, Lancing, Worthing and Littlehampton.
Full and part time care assistant positions available in all areas, including days, evenings and weekends. We fully support and encourage care assistants to have a balanced work/home life which is why we only require some availability every other weekend.
What we offer at South Coast Care;
- Full induction training, Care Certificate and NVQ
- Competitive rates of pay - £12ph, £13ph after 6pm and £14.50ph at weekends
- Paid mileage at 45p per mile and travel time paid in addition to hourly rate
- Minimum call time of 30 minutes
- Contracted shifts available, terms and conditions apply
- Full holiday pay, including overtime and pension scheme
- Double pay on bank holidays and special days (Christmas/New Year)

- Latest rostering software meaning less travelling between calls and access to essential client information and care plans
