South Coast Care is a family run domiciliary care company based in Worthing, CQC rated ‘Good’. Whether you are already working as a care assistant and want to work for a provider that will value and support you, or have no experience as a care assistant and want to start a career that is rewarding, South Coast Care can offer flexible shifts to fit your commitments that range from a few hours in the evening or full time.

We currently have care assistant vacancies in all areas including; Steyning/Bramber, Shoreham/Southwick, Lancing, Worthing and Littlehampton.

Full and part time care assistant positions available in all areas, including days, evenings and weekends. We fully support and encourage care assistants to have a balanced work/home life which is why we only require some availability every other weekend.

What we offer at South Coast Care;

• Full induction training, Care Certificate and NVQ
• Competitive rates of pay - £12ph, £13ph after 6pm and £14.50ph at weekends
• Paid mileage at 45p per mile and travel time paid in addition to hourly rate
• Minimum call time of 30 minutes
• Contracted shifts available, terms and conditions apply
• Full holiday pay, including overtime and pension scheme
• Double pay on bank holidays and special days (Christmas/New Year)
• Uniform, full PPE and work phone provided
• Latest rostering software meaning less travelling between calls and access to essential client information and care plans
• Referral bonus schemes – up to £250

Own transport is essential and all applicants must be over 18.
