In one sentence
To assist the Post Production team with the day to day operation of client accounts, delivery of promos and creation of Barker loops.
What will your job look like?
- Assist the Head of Creative Production with production admin duties such as ordering content, preparing account timelines & inputting project information into Media Pulse.
- Ordering content via JIRA for Producers & Editors.
- Provide admin support to specified affiliate accounts. This will involve understanding, planning and communicating Production workflows.
- Closing projects in Media Pulse with accurate timings.
- Uploading assets to Marketing portal.
- Liaise with Partner Marketing team and communicate any client requests to The Head of Creative Production.
- Prepare monthly promos for client delivery.
- Prepare and attend packaging & delivery sessions.
- Communicate any promo commission changes or promo creative changes to Producers, highlighting changes to Head of Creative Production.
- Ensure all promos have correct branding and information before being delivered.
All you need is...
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- BA/BSC degree required or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working within television production/broadcast environment.
- Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to accommodate change and adapt accordingly.
- Basic knowledge of AVID Media Composer or Adobe Premiere (Training can be given if necessary).
- Working knowledge of Media Pulse/ScheduALL/Farmers Wife or equivalent. (Training can be given if necessary).
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly responsible and self-motivated, able to thrive in an energetic, fast paced environment.
- Team player who can build relationships at all levels of the organization.
