For us it is simple, our staff really are our greatest asset and we appreciate each member of our company family. Therefore, we offer each member of our team:

  • Excellent rates of pay - at £12.15 per hour
  • Mileage allowance - Currently 40p per mile.
  • PAID in-house training (earn whilst you learn)

Don't worry if you are not already from a care background, we invest a great deal of time and energy into finding applicants with the right values, and we train you to our required standards. We know exactly what to look for as most of our Care Assistants are not from a career in care, yet all are great at what they do.

Sounds great, but what do you need from me?

We are looking for Care Assistants who can work a flexible shift pattern of either mornings, or afternoons and evenings either part time or full time and alternate weekends in Braintree, Uttlesford and surrounding areas.

Our clients lead busy lives and place a great deal of trust in us to take care of their loved ones. For these reasons and as you would expect, it is important to us that each member of our team is:

  • Caring
  • Honest
  • Reliable

In addition to the above, we require our team to have:

  • A full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
  • Access to your own vehicle
  • Live locally or willing to relocate to the area
  • Be prepared to go through our 3-day induction training at our Dunmow office

What will my tasks be?

Our clients depend on our team of CareGivers to help and support them with the activities of daily living in their own homes. Typical tasks include:

  • Companionship (hobbies, trips out etc)
  • Medication assistance
  • Assisting clients living with Dementia
  • Personal care (minimal assistance is all that is sometimes needed)
  • Meal preparation
  • And much more...

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
