We are looking for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers who are compassionate, passionate about working with young people and adults, ideally with some prior experience working in care, and who are keen to choose their own shift patterns, to join our team.
As a Health Care Assistant/Support Worker with Fayya Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work in several nursing and residential care facilities as well as assisted/supported living residences in Ashford, Canterbury, New Romney, Chatham, Maidstone, Folkestone and the Kent area.
As a member of our team, you will have access to a wide range of waking and sleeping nights as well as early, late, and long day shifts, with enhanced rates for night and weekend shifts.
- Flexible shift patters to align with your personal commitments - 6 hours, 7.5
hours, 8 hours, and 12 hours.
- Choice of day, night, and weekend shifts.

Care & Support Worker requirements
At least 3-month care experience in the UK from within the past 2 years.
The right to work in the UK
