Are you a passionate Service Team Leader, looking for an exciting new role?
We have an exciting new job opportunity available to the right candidate, we are looking for an experienced Service Team Leader to ensure a smooth operational workshop by coordinating the service team and their workload.
The business is a leading regional agricultural machinery dealer and also sell high quality used equipment across the UK and abroad. With 7 depots across the region and depots they are consistently expanding.
Principle Responsibilities for the Service Team Leader :-
· Support and arrange the distribution of workload tasks and responsibilities relative to engineer competencies and location.
· Be a point of call for pre-working requirements such as ordering parts and service kits ect.
· Regularly communicate with the team to ensure effective customer service.
· Provide progress reports to management and pro-actively monitor workflow and progress of workload within your team.
· Inspect jobs and progress of team jobs ensuring efficient workload and quality standards are met.
Person specification:-
· Experienced with service repairs.
· Knowledge of specialist tools & equipment used to carry out repairs, following approved techniques.
· Knowledgeable on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
· Comfortable using basic computer applications, internet and service portals.
· Able to work well within team environment and flexibility to do overtime.
This is a full time permanent Service Team Leader position, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00, benefits to include a 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
