Rathgar Care Home Ltd is a family run organisation that focus' on care for the elderly in an environment that is a home away from home. The home is very reputable and fully CQC compliant with 23 beds based in Northampton.
We have part time hours which requires alternate weekend work. 24 hours per week (2 shifts).

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist residents in personal care (i.e. washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting)
- Assist residents to eat and drink
- Maintain dignity at all times
- Monitor all residents to ensure that their care is to the highest standard
- Complete all necessary paperwork
Qualifications and Skills
- 12 months work experience in care home preferred
- NVQ 2 advantageous (or willing to work towards)
- Team player
- Flexible
- Undertake training courses necessary to the role
