Pay Rates & Shift patterns
- £10 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Mileage paid at 35p per mile – class 1 business insurance needed
- Mornings, afternoons & evenings
- 06.30 – 14:00 / 16:00 – 22:00 – including alternate weekends
- Shift patterns may vary
We have an exciting vacancy within the local areas of Northampton for a Care Assistant to join our team and develop their care skills, working alongside our Branch Nurses and Care Staff with opportunity to progress.
We are currently looking for a care assistant to support our clients in their homes and with all aspects of personal care.
Experience working within care is an advantage, but not necessary for the right candidate. You would be supporting our client to work independently within her work place on a part time basis but even more importantly build a good rapport and trusting relationship.
Your role will include:
- Prompting and administering medication
- Assisting with activities of daily living such domestic duties and personal care
- Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans
- Supporting with independance in the work place
- Building a supporting and trusting relationship

We’re looking for:
- Paid previous experience as a care assistant is an advantage but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- A driver’s license is an advantage
- Good professional and personal references
