We are currently looking for an experienced female carer to provide one-to-one care for our young male service user located in High Wycombe. He was born with a very rare condition that affects his physical and cognitive abilities so requires 24/7 care.

Daily expectation:

· Support with morning and night-time routine.

· Support with personal care.

· Support with mobility.

· Promote communication.

· Support nutrition and hydration.

Skills/attributes preferred:

· Caring and friendly approach.

· Effective communication skills.

· Excellent observational skills

· Proactive, can-do attitude.

· Clinical care experience.

Required:

· Prior care experience.

· Female only position.

Schedule:

· Day shifts.

· Evening shifts.

· Night shifts.

· Weekdays only.

· Weekends only.

· Weekdays and weekends.

· Extra hours during school holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract

Salary: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
