We have also recently launched TheSquare.AI, our new customisable booking platform designed to allow corporate clients to set up their global travel programme their own way.
From offices in New York, London and New Delhi, we look after and house assignees from more than 500 corporate clients worldwide; these corporations range from a mix of S&P 500 to soon to go public tech companies.
In London our aim is to double our leased and managed portfolio in the next three years and this is where you will be able to apply your excellent property, negotiation, and commercial skillset.
KEY TASKS:
- To be overall responsible for the management of the operations team
- Performing HR duties such as recruiting, selecting, scheduling, counselling and disciplining employees
- Helping the company to promote high morale and communicate the company’s operating policies, customer issues and safety measures
- Preparing annual budgets and proactively managing and optimising costs
- Reviewing and approving operational invoices and forwarding for payment
- Overseeing compliance
- Manage an Operations team including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Property Management, Maintenance and Quality Control
- Being the point of contact for any escalated issues from any clients, inhouse tenants and/or property partners
- Ensure team have correct legal documentation to work
- Carry out yearly appraisals
- Implementing SOPs and Procedures to improve departmental performance and achieve company targets
- Prepare timely, accurate & professional reports & proposals
- Implement plans to achieve growth
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Desire and drive to succeed, get-things-done and develop professionally
- Minimum 5 years work experience within Operations in the hotel or serviced apartments industry
- Professional communication skills in English (phone, e-mail, face-to-face)
- Fosters a culture of excellence in service delivery
- Highly numerate and analytical
- Proactive and fast-paced, with a can-do attitude

- Starting Salary: £35k plus Yearly Bonus Scheme
