Stock Replenisher - Office Kitchens
Reflex supplies a huge range of soft drinks, alcohol, food snacks, teas, coffees, breakfast items, dairy products, fruit and janitorial products to customers' high-end office kitchens in Central London. Due to an increase in sales, we need a flexible and hands-on individual to work 4-5 days a week to make daily stock-check visits, physically replenish office kitchen fridges and cupboards with drinks and snacks and place orders for replacement stock. This is a permanent role (Mondays to Thursdays) with varying hours depending on the day of the week,
Duties & Responsibilities
Visit between 5 and 7 customers each day one after the other in logistically planned postcode areas. Unpack their kitchen deliveries, put chilled and dairy items into fridges and ambient products into cupboards and drawers. Monitor expiry dates and rotate stock. Fill fridges with soft drinks and/or alcohol for staff consumption and client events. Troubleshoot any discrepancies or errors. Check existing stock levels and place online replenishment orders. Return next day to unpack, re-stock and repeat the process
Liaise verbally and by email with your customers, our delivery drivers and our office support team to ensure queries and enquiries are dealt with quickly and effectively.
Dispose of packaging in designated areas within the customers' site leaving it neat and tidy

7.00am start at first customer- daily finish times will vary across the week. Full on-site training for at least 2 weeks shadowing our Merchandising Manager
