Martello House in Pembroke Dock is an 8 bedded reablement facility supporting mainly elderly individuals to reach their full potential
We are seeking to appoint a permanent Care Assistant to cover 24-hour care, 12hr shift pattern, rotating nights and days.
Previous experience is not necessary, as training will be provided.
You will attend the personal needs of clients in accordance with the guidelines laid down in the Codes of Practice for Social Care Workers and the Handbook for Care Assistants. These duties will include physical and emotional caring, aiming to create a homely atmosphere for residents, and help them achieve maximum independence.
