We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. The Care Assistant will also be required to monitor the health and safety of our clients, provide emotional support, and assist with medication administration. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Help patients move around safely and comfortably.
- Provide transportation to medical appointments or other activities.
- Assist with administering medications as prescribed by a physician.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20/30 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
