- Pay: £13.00- £14.00 per hour
- Location: Upton, Chester
- Hours: Full time 36 hour contract
- Shifts: 08:00- 20:00 or 08:00- 16:00 days and 20:00 - 08:00 nights

Part of City & County Healthcare Group's Complex Care division, we support all difference types of people with Motor Neurone Disease, Muscular dystrophy, Spinal Cord, acquired brain injuries and other complex needs that may include a physical disability, who would like support either on a 24-hour basis within their own homes or to access the community on daily basis dependent on their needs and wishes. We feel that there is nothing better than seeing people happy in their own homes as we give them the support they need to live happy and fulfilled lives.
This role will be supporting our client who has cerebral palsy in their own home for the full shift providing support with medication all aspects of their clinical care needs. We are looking for dedicated and reliable Care Assistants who have the compassion and understanding of how important his daily routine is. You will assist our client with all his clinical needs, personal care, hobbies and social activities.
