Responsibilities:

Every day, our Care Assistants demonstrate their compassion. They understand, empathise, and support, and they know exactly what has to be done to get the greatest possible result.

Your new job as a Care Assistant will be exciting, varied, and gratifying. You will help residents with their washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and getting about. You'll assist them in making their apartments seem like home and participating in their favourite activities, such as bingo, shopping, and live music. You will be completely aware of specific assistance needs, such as diabetes, communication challenges, mobility requirements, and manual handling, for senior jobs. You'll also be accountable for identifying and conveying changes in residents' care requirements.

You'll form close bonds with the people you work with and their families, while respecting their choices, dignity, and privacy

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • All the mandatory training certificates in date (or be willing to undergo training)
  • Must have an Enhanced DBS (CRB)
  • Good English Communication
