The DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol City Centre is one of the leading 4* city centre hotels with 206 bedrooms and multiple conference rooms. The hotel is now actively looking to recruit a Night Receptionist to join the busy Front Office team.
The ideal person does not need to have previous Receptionist experience, although it would be a benefit. We are looking for someone with personality, who might consider themselves a people person and is very comfortable in meeting and speaking with new people. The person will also be able to demonstrate great customer service skills and ensure customer expectations are pro-actively met with a high level of attention to detail. Working in a team of two or three you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the hotel throughout the night.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
· To be able to demonstrate consistent compliance with brand standards defined for service delivery, product presentation, systems of work and customer interaction.
. To do hotel night auditing
· To consistently be able to demonstrate professional behaviour with decisions taken in line with the Company and the Brand’s values.
· To consistently reflect on the needs and perspectives of customers when taking action and planning activity.
· To be able to proactively minimize risk to staff, customers and contractors fostering a strong Health & Safety culture at all times.

Pay: 10.25 per hour
Please note that working hours are 11pm – 7am and therefore if you are thinking about applying, you must be aged 18 or over due to working time regulations.
Eligibility
In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)
