We are looking for someone like you to join the team as a Mortgage Operations Specialist.
Your responsibilities:
- finalising and implementing new operating model for London roles and responsibilities of the UBS Luxembourg mortgage book – this will be in collaboration with project team, UBS Luxembourg and London Head of Operations
- managing all operational tasks across the full lifecycle under the new operating model for Luxembourg mortgage book
- acting as the point contact for clients as agreed in the operating model – day to day issue resolution and problem solving
- look to implement ongoing process improvements in the operating model and look for efficiencies with the broader Lombard, Mortgages & Banking teams.
- additional opportunities to learn and add value across all of the Lombard, Mortgages & Banking products
Your team
The role will be part of the Lombard, Mortgages & Banking team in WM UK, reporting to the head of operations, and while the mortgage operational management will be the primary responsibility the role will provide opportunities to learn and take on additional responsibilities across all the different products.

Your expertise
- strong operational or other relevant product management experience
- experience in lending & banking products or within an operational role within wealth management
- wealth Management or Private Banking experience is preferred but not essential
- experience or interest in process excellence change projects
- track record of being a pro-active problem solver
