Care Home: Bennett Court
Location: South Emsall (WF9 2TF)
Contract type: Permanent - full time hours available
Shifts Available: Flexible (Incl. weekends and evenings)
Rate/Salary: Up to £10.36 ph dependent on experience- Welcome Bonus £300
CQC Rating: Good

About Bennett Court:
Bennett Court supports 30 adults living with complex mental health needs, neuro-disabilities, dementia and physical disabilities.
The home has three ten-bed units, which gives it a homely and welcoming feel. One of the units is exclusively for those who identify as male.
Bennett Court opened in December 2021. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand new service, with a brand new team, and shape the culture and success of the home in its first year.

About the Role:
Your care Assistant role will involve supporting people with all aspects of their day-to-day living, which may include taking up new hobbies, meeting friends, getting involved in social activities, going to the gym or looking their best!
Care Assistant day-to-day duties will include:
- Providing personal care such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and on occasion, assisting with meal times
- Promote independence, dignity, respect and choice across service users
- Support social and recreational activities; both in and out the home individually, or as part of a group
- Maintain care records; recording observations, activities and assessments
- On occasion, welcome and train new members of your care team

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred care to support our service users to maximise their independence and live their best life.
- You will provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing care
