Job description
Established in 1998, DMS Property Maintenance is a family run business specializing in all areas of property care. Our company offers a wide range of services including Property Repairs, Cleaning, Gardening and Caretaking.
Salary: starting at £10.50 per hour & performance-related bonuses.
20 hours per week covering Monday-Friday.
Purpose of the job:
To load repairs jobs onto our system with accuracy and speed once trained,
This does include monetary calculations to set budgets / excel spreadsheets and allocating the most suitable local suppliers for each job from our database
The role will also include customer service support, by answering customer inbound calls during peak hours.
Knowledge of sor codes an advantage and if applicable please state this on your application
The position can be office or home based however training will be at our offices in capel le ferne so you would need your own transport
Part Time hours Monday-Friday 20 hours per week.
Permanent, Part time.
