We are a specialist residential care facility for people with dementia and have an exciting opportunity for you! The home has been awarded an ‘Outstanding’ rating by the Care Quality Commission and we pride ourselves on a quality and continuous improvement culture.
You may be already experienced in working in care or looking to start your first job in care. If so, this job may be right for you. Full training and support will be provided to develop your superpowers – from your induction and throughout your career. We also offer the opportunity to gain Diploma in Adult Care qualifications.
You will use your positivity and compassion to help others to provide high quality care and support that enables residents to achieve the best quality of life. You will be part of a large professional team, and as a Care Assistant you will have a varied working day supporting all residents to maintain daily living skills and to develop new ones.
