What you will be doing...

Overseas Operations Executive, based at Holiday House in Leeds City Centre.

Reporting to the Overseas Operations Team Manager, our Overseas Operations Executive will be able to use your knowledge and initiative whilst putting your problem-solving, administrative, and analytical skills together with your passion for travel to good use, supporting the overseas team based in destinations across Europe.

What will you do in the role?

Our Overseas Operations Executive, will Take Responsibility to develop successful working relationships with the Destination Management team, through day-to-day liaison whilst understanding their needs to offer additional support with resort operations. You will also: -
  • Provide analysis of varying Management Information to drive improvements in business and colleague performance
  • Support the team in destination to achieve audit compliance
  • Provide administrative support to our Overseas Management Team through minute-taking, action plans and Season Start Up/Closedown Checklists
  • Identify ways to enhance or support in the implementation of, current policies and processes
  • Create and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders
What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?
  • Experience of working in a team environment, finding and implementing solutions to problems
  • An ability to work unsupervised in both office and home-based environments, with the courage to make decisions and gain stakeholder buy-in
  • Sound knowledge of Jet2holidays destinations
  • An adaptable, flexible attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment delivering to tight timescales, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Excellent communication and strong IT skills across the Microsoft Office 365 Package (Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Powerpoint and especially Excel

This role will be a hybrid position, primarily working from home and our Leeds City Centre office, but also with travel to our overseas destinations as required.
