The Croft is a family run care home based in Normanton, Wakefield. We pride ourselves on delivering quality care to our residents and strive to ensure that we hire high-quality staff members.
We are looking for Part-time Care assistants to join our team, providing quality care to our residents. Two Day shift positions - one 3 days per week and one 4 days per week - 7.15am -2.15pm and 2.00pm -9.00pm including weekend work on a rota basis. Night shifts one - 3 nights per week - 8.45pm - 7.30am including weekend work on a rota basis.
Hourly rate £10.00 rising to £10.20 after successfully completing probation.
Requirements for Care Assistant role:
· NVQ Level 2 is preferable but not essential
· Transferrable DBS Certificate is preferable but not essential
· More than 2 years’ experience working in a care home environment care assistant is preferable but not essential as full training is available.
· You MUST be able to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience to perform well in this role.
· To possess good manners and a flexible approach
· Ability to communicate on all levels.
