Here at Stratstone, powered by Pendragon, we’re excited to be embarking on a new and innovative partnership, and we’re looking for a passionate Personal Advisor to play a key part in shaping our future as we move forwards with one of the most exciting automotive brands to ever hit the UK market.
BYD (Build Your Dreams) is a pioneer in new automotive technology. Having been first established in China in 1995, the brand has since trailblazed the way forwards for electric vehicle technology. Their revolutionary innovations include their Blade Battery and exclusive E-Platform 3.0 interface, both of which have helped their vehicles to achieve five-star Euro NCAP safety ratings, thanks to unrivalled intuitive systems. 2023 sees the launch of this incredible brand in the UK, and we’re looking for a passionate and committed individual to help drive the new Stratstone and BYD partnership forwards.
As Personal Advisor, you’ll be integral to the sales team in one of the first ever BYD UK stores, bringing this game changing NEV (New Energy Vehicle) brand to UK customers. Supported by our experienced leaders, you’ll learn, develop and further your career, becoming an expert with your customers, no matter your background. You’ll be backed by the resources, tools and knowledge you need to be at your best and bring out the best in others. This is an ideal chance for a hard-working individual to assist in transforming the automotive industry, whilst forging ahead in your own career through the doors open to you, in a collaborative culture that empowers you to enjoy the ride.
What you’ll be responsible for in your Personal Advisor role:
· -Creating open-minded, expert experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact, to helping them discover their perfect vehicle, to the day they drive away in their highly anticipated new car
· Driving the Stratstone and BYD partnership forwards, becoming a trailblazer for the latest in electric automotive technology and taking the brand to the next level
· Living and breathing BYD, educating your customers on the brand and the benefits of their vehicles, emulating a passion for driving to your customers and bringing a sense of excitement to their new car purchase
· Becoming a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
· Delivering not just a new car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase, upselling on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
