£10.42 - £10.87 from the 1st April 2023 depending on experience and weekend rate

What you’ll be doing:
- Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
- Respecting residents’ rights of choice, privacy and dignity
- Support residents with personal care and mealtimes.
- Working as part of a team to identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalised care plans.
- Working flexibly to help residents explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and make sure they enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment.

We have a warm and friendly team who enjoy getting to know each resident’s needs and their hobbies and interests. It means we can tailor our care to each individual. For example, all of the activities we offer at the care home are based around residents’ lifelong hobbies as well as other things they tell us they like doing.
Franklin House residents can get involved in a range of activities from art classes to reading clubs and enjoy performances from the musicians and professional entertainers who regularly come to visit. We also enjoy going on regular outings with our residents to the cinema, nearby parks around West Drayton, as well as attractions further into London or around the home counties.
