Job description
Role Purpose: The Data Analyst will work within the Data team to support the review of our service activity as part of our ongoing objective to improve and develop our services. Responsibilities: Review service data on our tailored OPERA software product to provide detailed monthly and quarterly activity reports to NHS commissioners. To monitor service KPIs and provide quantitative and qualitative reports that provide insight on where we may need to support our service providers further and or require more service coverage/ providers. To identify trends in activity and data that can then be reviewed by our Clinical Leads to assess where action is required and support the finding of potential solution. To review our internal activity and project management functions and provide monthly analysis on activity. To monitor call data and activity, to identify peaks and troths in activity to help us identify further business needs. To identify trends and opportunities to further develop our service offer. To support requests from finance team. To liaise with the wider field team to provide supporting data to business cases. Reporting using NHS systems e.g. SUS / DLP.
