In return, we will offer you an excellent rate of £11.00 per hour with weekend enhancements.
DUTIES: Key Tasks may vary but will include
- Report both verbally and in writing on service users general condition and well being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for service users and staff
- Assist Seniors in maintaining records and Care plans on each shift
- Make beds and use pressure aids as directed
- Assist in the collection of specimens and samples
- Act as a chaperone for medical and professional staff as required
- Assist service users in maintaining their personal hygiene, dressing and going to bed
- Report accidents and incidents to the senior member of staff on duty
When on shift you are part of the team complement and as such are required to help and assist with all aspects of resident’s care.

We have day shifts available (4 or 5 short shifts a week equating to 28 or 35 hours) which include a mixture of early and late shifts, or long day shifts (Three 13 hour shifts per week equating to 39 hours per week) depending on your preference. This includes every other weekend with the opportunity to do overtime with excellent incentive pay on all overtime.
We are currently introducing a 4pm-9pm evening shift - so if you prefer this shift, please specify on your application form.
Nights - We also have waking night shifts available. 20.50 - 0700. Again, please specify if you are applying for night shifts.
Job Types: Full-time required.
Qualifications Required: currently holding NVQ level 2 (Adult) or equivalent or working towards the qualification.
