Morning shifts (07.00 - 14.00)
Afternoon shifts (14.00 - 21.00)
Night shifts (21.00 - 07.00)
Hourly rate will be depending on experience and education
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting residents with personal care
- Leading a team to ensure best practice is maintained
- Engaging with residents during activities
- Assisting with mealtimes and monitoring food and fluid intake and output
- Keeping clear and accurate daily records
- Promoting health and safety in and around the care home
- Have a caring and pro-active attitude to support residents
Requirements:
- Experience within the care sector
- To think on your feet, communicate effectively and take on responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Caring and patient manner, reliable with good time-keeping skills
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential
