- Negotiable Salary: £10.98 to £11.48 per hour negotiable depending on experience
- Hours: Full time hours or Part time hours depending on preference (22 hours, 33 hours and/or 44 hours options available)
- Shifts: Days and Nights available depending on your preference - all shifts are 12 hours 8/8 start and finish time
- Contract type: Permanent

We are currently working in partnership with one of the UK's biggest private healthcare providers and are looking for passionate health care assistants both inexperienced and experienced to support our lovely residents in a beautiful nursing home situated in East Grinstead, Surrey.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
Our beautiful nursing home situated in a lovely area with views overlooking gorgeous Woodlands and a cosy garden. It is a 60-bed service, and our supportive staff provides the highest quality of care to those living with dementia and physical disabilities. The home provides both long term and short-term stay care. The home is very well equipped, and all rooms are En-suite. Many residents take pleasure in hobbies, including baking, writing, gardening, dancing, painting, quizzes, and playing chess. Some enjoy being a member of the residents' forum
As a member of our care team you will be :
- Ensuring the residents are looked after and they are receiving the highest possible care and support they deserve. You'll also work collaboratively with your team when it comes to taking the resident's vitals and reporting changes you see.
- You'll be assisting residents with their daily living including personal care, mobility and medication.
- You'll build relationships with the residents and provide companionship throughout the whole day and engage residents in stimulating activities.
- Provide support with mobility and repositioning to ensure all residents are comfortable
- Admin duties: you'll be keeping diaries, make daily notes, updating chart and following care plans.
