Job description
We are looking for a Partner Services Executive to deliver exceptional servicing and account management to our commercial partners.
In this exciting role, you'll be building fantastic relationships with our commercial partners, working with them to maximise all partnership opportunities and to provide a best in class customer service.

Your day-to-day
- Delivering exceptional service to our commercial partners and ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled flawlessly at all times.
- Working closely with our partners to implement our joint strategy.
- Building a detailed knowledge of our partners' business to help drive mutually beneficial activation programmes.
- Working with partners to maximise the value of their rights, including identifying and delivering opportunities for partners to activate their club association.
- Ensuring our Partner Services team remain the main point of contact for partners whilst collaborating with and maximising the expertise of our relevant internal teams.
- Working collaboratively with the Partner Services team to stay updated and informed with best practices and new methods of working.
What we are looking for
- Experience of providing first-class account and project management on behalf of brands.
- Someone proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- A strong understanding of brand marketing and experience of managing and implementing campaigns across traditional and new media channels – specifically digital and social media.
- Experience of rights management and fulfilment (including brand approvals and brand guardianship)
- Attention to detail and excellent organisation, planning and project management skills to ensure flawless delivery of rights.
- Excellent relationship building skills with people of all levels, and someone who is a team player.
