Job Title: Care Assistant
Locations: Nantyglo, Blaina NP23, NP22, Cwmtillery, Abertillery, Brynmawr NP13 and NP23, Ebbw Vale, Tredegar, Cwm
Pay Rate: £10.00 p/h and Travel Time £9.50
Mileage: 32p per mile
Shifts available: Flexible shifts – daytimes, evenings, and weekends (Full time and part time hours available)
Half day’s shift pattern
Morning and Lunch 0700-1400 or Tea and evening 16:00-22:00 this would include every other weekend or 1 shift on the weekend
3 / 4 shift pattern as follows:
Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday
Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
For those that are in further education
We can work around your timetable with regards to shifts even if it’s only one day a week we can also offer every Saturday or Sunday
Access to vehicle required: Yes, due to the geographical location and nature of the role
No experience required as specialist training will be provided!

Duties will include:
- Personal Care (bathing/showering/toileting/etc)
- Preparing and serving meals/snacks
- Assisting with medication
- Light domestic duties
- Companionship
- Some specialised techniques may be required, specific to a customer’s needs ( training will be provided)
