Must have a passion for customer service, be able to use own initiative and able to work with multiple client
They will be confident in managing demanding workloads and remaining calm in a pressured environment is essential
Have a can do attitude and a willingness to learn
Will stand out from the crowd if you have previous experience in a customer facing role, but don’t worry if you don't, we can work on that!
Responsibilities will include…
Maintain and deliver a high level of customer service to all our clients while aiming to go above and beyond their expectations
Source, recommend and book all aspects of our clients travel needs including Hotel accommodation, car hire, rail travel and ferry.
Be able to think outside of the box, recommend alternative solutions which offer cost saving opportunities.
Ancillary Travel Consultants will undergo a thorough training program with ATPI’s in house Training Department, learning all aspects of the role and the systems needed to fulfil the role
