Job description
The successful applicant will be working as part of an established team following a rota basis. Will need to be flexible with hours of working to be either on day shifts or night shifts as required. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and reliable
With an emphasis on building strong and trusting relationships with our staff, residents and their families
Duties will include supporting individuals who live within the Home with their personal care needs, mobility, nutritional needs and their rest and sleep with the aim being to maximise their independence and promote their happiness, security and wellbeing through a person centred approach.
The successful candidate must hold a NVQ 2 or be willing to work towards the qualification in order to register with social care wales.
This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS clearance and two references, Previous experience not essential as full training will be offered to suitable applicants.
