Job description
Our client, a family-run luxury retail brand with a big market-presence in USA and other territories, is looking to hire a PA to join their team to grow the UK side of the business. They are either looking for a part-time or permanent PA to work on a hybrid-remote basis, attending the office once a week/fortnight.
Working with the company Directors, the duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing the founders’ calendars
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Email management
- Attend meetings with founders, take notes of the meetings and follow up on key action points
- File management and maintaining corporate knowledge system
- Onboarding and training support staff
- Managing assistants and other lower-level admin staff and delegating tasks
- Handling expense reports for founders and reconcile receipts with bookkeeper
- Coordinate the calendar for the business in regard to inventory planning, internal communications, legal compliance, and other date-specific events to which the company should adhere
- Take on new project initiatives assigned by founders
The company directors are very open as to how much time will be needed for this position - and think this could be completed on a 3-day a week, part-time role. To be considered, get your CV across to us ASAP!
